Full Speed Ahead

Remember when I told you that this year would have hills and valleys? Well, we have been in the valley with scene practice and research time. You have not had many deadlines or due dates. That is quickly changing. Tomorrow you will receive a calendar of your life until graduation. Be mindful of the deadlines and point values. We have one more major hill to climb, and I promise that our last two projects will be more pleasure than pain. Hang in there Seniors '06!!

As soon as we get done with research papers and Shakespeare plays, we should be in cruise control the rest of the way. I'm really not even worried about those things. May 23 will be here before we know it, so I'm trying to enjoy these last few weeks.

Honestly in all of my classes I have felt like I have had more work 2nd semester than I did first which wasn’t what I was hoping. Hopefully I will figure out how to balance everything and be able to keep up my grades and have a fun end of my senior year. I guess my biggest challenge with be procrastinating, so I should probably try to work on that.

good, no offense caldwell, but school is no fun, it never was, and now it is worse than ever. those last two projects better be fun

You are correct, we do seem to have a lot of hills and valleys. This calender is a little overwhelming, but I am glad that we have and idea as to what we are going to be doing for the next few months.

You call this a valley, we are second semester seniors, and we are doing 3 times the work that we did first semester. I am sick of doing all the work we have been doing. What we are doing right now is not a valley, its not even a hill, its a mountain of work.

Thanks for the calendar Mrs. Caldwell! It really helps to see what we have going on until the end of the year. Thanks also for letting us work on the rough drafts in class today and tomorrow...that is a huge help!

Mrs. Caldwell thankyou for giving us a calender so we know what is coming up the next few weeks, and so we know what to turn in on which days. On the other hand I hope the fourth nine weeks is not near as hard as the third and that we just enjoy our last nine weeks in high school.
