Hey, I figured out that many of you do not know my school email. It is caldwb@mtnbrook.k12.al.us
Email... hmmmm, let's go with that. Do you think you communicate with people more frequently through email or through phone? Do you have a preference? Why?

I agree with Suzanne. The telephone is a much faster way to talk to people, especially with cell phones. Probably soon though everyone will have Pocket PCs and things like the Blackberry so they will use email more and more. I like talking on the phone better because it is more personal. On the other hand, if you really don't want to have to deal with someone you can just email them whatever you need and not have to talk to them. Both are good; I guess it depends on the situation as to which one i like the best.
I definitely communicate more with people on the phone then email. Being on the phone is easier because you get a direct response from that person. When emailing a question you need the answer might not come until a day or two later.
I think that i would have to say phone a little bit more than email because i mainly use the phone for meeting up with people and small talk type things but occasionally i will have a long conversation. I use email a lot more for longer, "dont have to have the response immediatly" type of conversation. I think i like the phone better because its a more personal conversation.
I like to use the phone more than I use e-mail. E-mail is easier to communicate with your teachers because like Callie said its kind of werid to have to talk to one of your teachers on the phone. Although e-mail is efficient sometimes it takes to long to get a response.
I use both. I like both, but each have their advantages. E-mails are great especially if it just a random comment or question that you dont feel like calling the person about. The phone is obviously great because you can have discussions and more easily understand the person. Then again, with e-mailing you can send lots of information; its like magic!
I feel that the phone is more personal, however, email is a very appropriate way to communicate to the opposite sex because I feel it's more casual. I like email because it is a more convenient and efficient way of handling business affairs such as scheduling meetings or checking dates based on your availability. As technology advances a larger percentage of communication will be electronic.
