Scroll Down...

Hey guys,
If you are using Internet Explorer you may want to scroll down and see the new additions to the blog. We have a statcounter, a ticker, and a slideshow. Look for new slideshow links to come with your pictures. Also, this might be a great tool for our video diary projects too! Keep up with your reading this week, and get back into the swing of school. Use this post to express your feelings about the Senior Memory Book Project and Video Diary. What do you think? Are you worried? What are your thoughts? Elliot... be nice!

First, the movie project seems like it could be really cool. The book though, not so cool. I really am not a fan of writing, but I guess its better than a research paper...kinda.

This is gonna be kind of hard, i have never had to put much thought into my childhood as i am going to have to. It should be fun though, as i will remember a lot about how i was when i was a wee-little boy. The whole love thing is going to be the most difficult, seeing as im only 17 and have not found anything remotely close to love yet. I am glad we have the option to create our dream mate, due to the reason i just previously stated.

I think that it just looks really cheesy. It might be neat looking back at everything but i bet it ends up just being a hassle. Plus, it's a lot of writing.

I really like the idea of the senior memory book.I think it will be a great way to remember my highschool days and reflect on my life to this point. However, this does seem like it is going to be a lot of work! I'm sure it will be worth it though in the end.

I would spell your name right if.... Ok, it was an honest mistake. People always spell my first name with a "Y".

I think that this is a good idea in theory, but I just dont know if we have as much time to do it. I looked at the calander and were turning in like 4 pages every week; I know that doesnt seem like much but to be honest with 6 weeks left of my senior year it's not exactly what I had in mind. Mabye one page per chapter would be better.

mrs. caldwell... i don't think you posted my blog from last night. It was supposed to be on the topic but it's not up. There wasn't anything wrong with it so i was wondering if you didn't get it for some reason.

I think it is creative project to end the year with. I actually think it might be fun... imagine that?! It's an appropriate excuse for me to pull out the old albums. Side note; being the youngest in the family among my siblings my parents got a little lazy by the time the 3rd child rolled around. Let’s just say there wasn’t any scrap booking going on in my album. They used to pretend some of the pictures were of me when I’d ask , but in fact they were my sister haha.

I think this is a great idea, but it will be a ton of work, seeing how the book itself will be at least 20 pages! I think rediscovering my childhood events will be an interesting endeavour, so i look forward to that. I cant wait to be over with Frankenstein!

I am really excited about the video project. I have always wanted to make one of these. The memory book sounds fun but its seems like all of this is going to be a lot of work. I am hoping this isn't too stressful. It seems kind of overwhelming right now though.

I think the project is way too much work. Two pages per chapter is a lot of work for the fourth nine weeks.

Interesting comments. Be ready for my response!

I love the senior memory book. I look forward every night to writing a two page minimum (of course I am going to write more) on my childhood. I am going to make the most of this project and cherish it my whole life. I will look back on this 60 page project when I am older and thank Mrs. Caldwell.

I am a little worried, but for random reasons. When I try to remember detailed stories, I cant remember anything. SO, I am worried about what stories I will use, but I am also excited about discovering them. I am a little worried about the video project, becuase it is the type of thing I would spend too much time on and make really complicated.
